Our RGPD compliance
Our platform and email customer support solution is based and hosted in France, fully respecting the RGPD framework.
The measures we have taken
- Privacy policy: Our policy informs you about the data we collect, data storage and transfers, and specifies your data protection rights.
- Data security: All the data we process is secured and encrypted, guaranteeing its confidentiality and integrity.
- Data accessibility: You have total control over the data you collect and manage via our platform.
- Data processing agreement: We provide a standardized data processing agreement. Contact us at support@achille.ai to obtain one.
- Modification of the agreement: We cannot modify or sign additional data processing agreements. Our standardized agreement complies with regulations and protects all parties involved.
Forms data management
We are a customer support service provider and do not own the data collected.
- Responsibilities: As a supplier, we act as a processor, storing and managing information on behalf of our customers, in accordance with the RGPD.
- Data control: As a customer, you retain full control over the data you collect, including the ability to delete or export it if necessary. We respect all deletions, and deleted data is permanently deleted from our backups within 90 days.
Use of your personal data
We act as data controller for the information you provide to us in order to use our service (such as registration information). We do not sell personal data to third parties, nor do we use it for marketing or advertising purposes.
- Information sharing: Your data is only shared with service providers necessary for the operation of our business, and these providers are also required to comply with the RGPD.
